A. You can sell any type of video, breaking news, entertainment, local news stories you have produced. No pornographic materials are allowed

2) What are the best sellers?
A. Sellers who have sold video's in the past

3) What's appropriate?
A. Any thing that is news worthy, sports, celebrities, documentary (not porno)

4) how often is the $5.00 fee assessed (monthly, annual, etc.)?
A. Annual fee

5) Upload limit of number of videos?
A. 100 megabytes include size limit) 100 megabytes total

6) How much should I set my video for?
A. Breaking local news videos can be sold for $50 to $250 per buyer, if you have a really great video that no one else has, use the auction sales area.(see our quick seller's guide)

7) Who's bidding on my videos?
A. Local, regional national or international media groups NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, Advertising agencies.

8) Advertising videos. Can I pay more to get my videos in prime real estate?
A. Videos are placed based on content and geographic region. The funniest, Breaking, Weather, Sports take front page based on content.

9) How can I manage my videos? Delete, upload, edit information, etc.
A. Open an account and follow the instructions.

10) Alerts: Will I get emails that send me my alerts?
A. Yes, all alerts are set up based on your selections of news types chosen.

11) Can I use Pay Pal or another credit merchant on WeC2?
A. Yes

12) What sort of security is there in place to prevent people from stealing/ripping my media?
A. All media is non downloadable unless you pay for it.

13) What is a BN credit? How much does a single credit cost?
A. Breaking News Credit. $1

14) Transactions: Are the WeC2 staff involved at all with bidders and buyers?
A. Entirely Seller.Buyer based. WeC2 staff can advise buyer and sellers about questions but we do not get involved in the process.

15) Once I purchase the BN credits, can I sell them back? (or get credit)
A. Breaking news credits are not refundable.

16) Can I buy more space for media? (space limit)
A. No, but you can open a second account.

17) What type of video format can I upload?
A. You can upload any type of video in a jpg format, WeC2 is not formatted for mobile devises as of yet but will be soon.

18) Can I stop a bid halfway through?
A. Once you start a bid process you can not cancel it, you can change the time line and make it shorter or longer, but not cancel it.

19) What is the highest resolution available for the video?
A. Depends on your video editing equipment, we can handle any resolution.

20) Where can I access my account settings?
A. Once you have created your profile, your account settings are accessible from your home page.

21) Can I keep tracks of my bid with a cell phone?
A. Not yet, we are working on mobile phone apps.

22) What're the available paying methods?
A. Visa, Master card, Pay Pale, and Escrow.co.

23) Can I resell a video that I just bought from WeC2?
A. Yes, once you have purchased it you own it.

24) Can I pay by mail?
A. No checks are accepted by mail

25) Are buyers and sellers only from the USA or is it international?
A. WeC2 is built as an international site, but today English is the only Language.

26) Can I change my personal settings, so that I can only view videos from highly rated sellers?
A. Yes your home page gives you the tools to change your personal settings to any of the choices.

27) Are the videos combatable with a mp4 player?
A. Video are not set up to be played on a Mp4 player, but will in the not to near future

28) Is it possible to get a refund on a video I bought?
A. Once you purchased the video you own it, not returns or refunds.

29) Can I sell the copyright of a whole movie through WeC2?
A. No WeC2 is not set up to handle movies yet.

30) Can I cancel a bid once it's finished?
A. Bids are not cancelable.
